  changing the page URL

  Hi, I created a page on my blog and then deleted it and created another one, which is now labelled …/blog-2

  I would like to change it back, in other words, simplify it, so it says:

  http://www.myphotoblog.ca/blog (instead of /blog-2)

  Does anyone please know how to do this?

  Hi there,

  I’m afraid not. Since you already had that page in the system, that page name (or “slug”) will remain even though the original has been deleted. You can rename the page itself to something other than “blog” so that there’s no -2 at the end, but if you stick with “blog” there will always be some identifier at the end to differentiate it from the original page.
