changing pages to posts?

  Is there a way to turn pages into posts? I’ve updated my theme and now can use the Gallery post layout to keep photo gallery and slideshows together (i think, using custom menu widget?) rather than having to create multiple pages which becomes a bit clumsy… is there a neater way to do this?

  There is no automatic way to changes Pages to Posts and visa versa, as Pages sit outside the blog structure. It’s a copy and paste job.
