Changing Password

I forgot my password, and I am attempting to reset it. But each time I try to input my email address, I get a message saying that email is not registered. I am on my WordPress account right now! I am unable to integrate my Constant Contact sign up tag without signing back in, and I can’t! Please help me! I am currently (email visible only to moderators and staff) but tried to change the email to my new one (email visible only to moderators and staff) That change has never been made and WordPress is not recognizing either email.

Have you tried the steps at
https://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password ?This is a forum for websites hosted on WordPress.com and your website is not hosted on WordPress.com.
If you are unsure who your hosting company is, you can check your site at https://www.whoishostingthis.com.To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.
Your hosting provider customer support may also be able to help you.
