Changing payment method

  My domain name is paid by a yearly payment from my credit card. This card is now expired. How do I change payment method? The website does not let me via the manage purchases tab

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It’s still not letting me onto a page where I can change anything. The purchase tab only has an upgrade button and I can’t manage purchases or change anything.
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/ does to lead to anywhere other than the same stuck purchase tab.

  @stfrancisradford can you log in as the account that owns the upgrade? You would need to log out, then log in using the email address that receives renewal notices.
