Changing Payment Method

  I have taken over my site and domain from the company that originally created it for me. They changed the administration to me. They informed me that my domain has been changed to my credit card; but the site has not. I don’t seem to have the option to manage payment to renew my site plan. I need to do this by 4/27 and it can’t go on the previous admin’s card.

  Hi there,

  You are not contacting us from the account that owns the site and upgrade, so you will not be able to manage the site or the upgrade unless you were logged into that WordPress.com account. Do you have access to that WordPress.com account?

  If so, in order to update your credit card, you can go to Manage Purchases and select the upgrade you wish to update in order to view the options for managing it. Click on the Edit Payment Method button in order to review and update your payment information.
