Changing Permalink

I registered http://www.furniturelenny.com domain with godaddy.com to point to my blog furniturelenny.wordpress.com so readers can easily go to my blog. This part works.
However, whenever someone is reading the blog and clicks on a specific blog post or media item the domain name doesn’t change and remains as http://www.furniturelenny.com.
I would like to have a unique url/permalink for each blogpost that begins with furniturelenny.com.
For example for my latest blog post I would like to see:
http://www.furniturelenny.com/2013/08/02/when-to-get-it-wrong-five-interior-design-mistakes-you-might-want-to-try/However, I can either see http://www.furniturelenny.com or http://furniturelenny.wordpress.com/2013/08/02/when-to-get-it-wrong-five-interior-design-mistakes-you-might-want-to-try/.
Is there a way to configure on wordpress.com? Do I need to switch to wordpress.org? Is there a premium service that I can buy?
Thank you in advance.

Hi there,
You can use your domain with your WordPress.com blog with our domain mapping upgrade. We have a guide for setting this up here: Map an Existing Domain
If you map your domain to WordPress.com, all of the permalinks will include your custom domain and the rest of the unique URL. Please let me know if you have any questions about this!

You are using some sort of forward & mask and that hides the real URL and I think does some bad things to your search engine SEO also – see above for how to fix
