Changing permalink in .com hosted WordPress Premium account

  Hi,
  I am trying to remove the date from posts URLs in a .COM hosted WordPress blog.
  However, the WP Admin Panel does not show Permalink options.
  my blog is: http://www.fitnsturdy.com
  Note: It is on a premium plan.

  Hi there, only the Business plan and up can install a plugin to change the permalink structure on a WordPress.com website. More about that here: https://wordpress.com/support/permalinks-and-slugs/
