Changing permalinks to “day/time” breaks all previous post links

  Hi – I stupidly started writing blog posts with the default number in the title. After 30 blog posts, I realized this was a mistake, however when I switched the permalinks to “day/time” it broke all of my previous post links. Can someone help?
