Changing Photo image at top of my posts to facebook, …ect

  Firstly, how can I change the photo that is at the top of each of my posts that I send to facebook, twitter, and others?

  Second, why are all the rating 0 for the visible (yes) links ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Second, why are all the rating 0 for the visible (yes) links ?

  Not sure I understand. Do you have a link to the page/post in question, or an example of where I can see this? I’m happy to take a closer look.
