Changing pic highlighted for post link

  I have a post with several pics and when copying or posting the link a thumbnail shows with a pic that I want to change for another. I am not seeing where I have this option…..

  Hi. Your blog’s front page loads very slowly because there are too many posts at once (Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most __ pages) and they appear in ful (you could use the More tag).

  So to make our task easier as volunteers, would you be so kind to provide us with the specific link (http://…) to the specific post you are talking about? And could you please clarify where you see the thumbnail in question?
