  I don’t understand your response. Would someone tell me how to delete WordPress from my computer so I can download it again and start from scratch? I have posted this question twice already this morning and haven’t seen it posted on any forum.

  I’m lost.

  I don’t use Twenty Eleven. At least, I don’t think so because I don’t know what it is, besides being a template.
