Changing plan

    Hello. I was wondering how is going to work if I want to change my plan from business to personal. What do I have to do?

    Hi there,

    I’ve added a modlook tag for Staff assistance.

    However, since you have a paid plan, you’re entitled to get immediate support via live chat. Just click on the blue question mark at the bottom right corner of the screen when you’re at the admin panel.

    Also, please take note that if you have installed plugins and custom themes for your site, downgrading from Business to Personal will remove those features.

    Please start a live support chat at https://wordpress.com/help/contact for help with this. As you are using plugins on your site downgrading is not as simple as just switching plans, and we’ll be better able to discuss the available options and the effects they will have on your site in live chat.
