Changing plugin from root directory to sub-directory

  I have word press through yahoo and they said that my plug in, pretty links, is in the root directory and it has to be in the sub directory. I need your help!!! Please

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
