Changing portfolio/projects name?

    Is it possible to change the heading of the “my portfolio” -page? I would like to use the projects-feature but they won’t exactly be projects in my case so I would like to change the name of the page. Can it even be done?

    I’m using the Eighties-theme and I don’t have the premium version of WordPress.
