Changing post copyright info
-
My blog (ktetch.wordpress.com) is or will be under a creative commons license. However, the theme includes a copyright notice at the bottom. Is there any way to change this to reflect the creative commons license?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

No, because that’s the copyright of theme’s creator, and as such shouldn’t be removed. However, you could add a text widget with your Creative Commons license, which obviously, will apply to your content.
