Changing Post Locations

  Hi there, Ive become a little confused about the difference between my Home page and my Blog. My URL is surferrosa.com.au. I’ve been posting some random stuff to the Home page of my site but realised that its probably better off in my my Blog. So….. i think im clear on how to post to my blog rather than the home page, but is there a way i can move the more recent posts on my home page to my Blog ? Or is it a copy, delete, paste job for each one?

  Hi,

  This can be done pretty easily!

  First thing to do is to either decided upon an existing page or make a new page to serve as your “home page” when folks visit your site.

  Once that is made, visit your Settings->Reading page (direct link: https://surferrosaconsult.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php ) and change the “Front Page displays” setting to “A static page”, select the page you’d like for your home page as the front page, then select your blog page as “Posts”.
