Changing Posts to Chronological Order – For Dummies!

    Hi All,

    I’ve already looked this up before posting, and the answer given makes no sense to me.

    I would really appreciate a step by step break down (that could be understood by a five year old) of how to get my posts to display in chronological order.

    I’m afraid there is no “for dummies” way of doing that. Also the theme you have chosen isn’t the best for displaying posts in chronological order. The reason blogs are designed to show the newest post first is so that regular visitors get to see your latest posts and not content they have already seen. my site has 700 posts. If I placed them in chronological order visitors would see posts from 10 years ago first and would be unlikely to scroll down for hours to see my newest one.
