Changing premium theme/cancelling existing subscription

  Hi, I’m currently using Shelf and I’d like to switch to Broadsheet. How do i cancel the first subscription? Or will it automatically end when I buy Broadsheet?

  You have to apply for a refund and then purchase the new one.

  Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you ought to be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/cancel-domain/ and Guided Transfers.

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Oh I’ve had this theme for 2 years so the refund isn’t possible anymore. Can I not switch to a new theme then?

  Sure you can. Just buy the new one.
