Changing Premium Themes

    I am not happy with some of the features in the premium theme I purchased and support from designer is just a gmail account. I have already paid and I know I can just pay for another premium design and start over but do I have the option of cancelling my current theme so I am not billed for year 2?

    Of what theme are you speaking, and for which site did you buy it?

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought any premium themes from us, and don’t own any sites hosted with us.

    If you bought a theme for a self-hosted WordPress site, please contact the theme shop where you bought the theme directly for help with a refund.
