Changing Primary Domain name

    I need to change the primary domain name. I understand how to do this but when I try to connect my new external domain name it looks like Im going to be charge over $90 to sign up to a plan.
    Im already on a plan which is $13 for the connection of the primary domain name.
    Am I doing something wrong?
