  I cannot access the button to change to public
  How do i make my site public?

  Hi there!

  In My Site>My home, on the right side, you can see a button Launch my site.
  There, if you’re not interested in upgrading at the moment, choose the free plan and skip purchase for a custom domain. You’ll stick to the free WordPress.com subdomain by doing that.
