Changing profile email

  I’d like to change the actual email on my profile – the actual email that’s used to contact me by WordPress, not the public email. Am I able to change this? If so, how?

  Yes, you can change this. I went to the support documentation at http://en.support.wordpress.com and typed email address into the searchbox. Here are the results:
