changing profile picture on website that routes me through Gravatar to do so

    I simply need to change the profile picture on a website that makes me use Gravatar to do so. I previously uploaded a picture from my computer, using Gravatar to do so. I need to update the picture, but the help I receive from the canned instructions do not at all relate to the screens that come up when I am signed into my account. I just need to change a picture and have spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out.
