changing profile user email address

  I tried changing my email address in my user profile. It now has a pending confirmation status, however I have not received the confirmation email yet at the new address.

  Hi there,

  Just to confirm, you’re changing your email address on https://wordpress.com/me/account, is that right?
  What is the new email address you want to use? You can type it in its own line and it will be hidden from anyone but the WordPress.com staff.
