Changing purchaser for a blog's upgrades

I am currently an administrator on wordpress.sanvitobirdclub.com and am also the “purchaser” of several of the upgrades for the blog (domain and “no ad” upgrades). Another administrator for this blog would like to be the designated “purchaser” for these upgrades when they become due for renewal so that she receives all renewal notices and can use her credit card for payment. (I have NOT enabled “auto renew” for these upgrades at present.) How is this accomplished? If my administrator colleague logs in to her My Upgrades on the blog, she cannot find a way to become the designated “purchaser”; for example, the “Enable Auto Renew” option does not appear for her. [The Enable Auto Renew option only appears when I am logged in to the blog as administrator.] And when I am logged in as an administrator to the blog and go to My Upgrades, I can only see a way to change the credit card information for payment of upgrades, not a way to disable my role as “purchaser”.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

From another thread I just found on the same topic, I gather that I will have to notify WordPress.com staff in some acceptable manner that as the original purchaser (owner?) of two of the upgrades on the subject blog I request transfer of such “ownership” and renewal rights to my administrative colleague, svbc8877. Please advise how you’d like me to proceed. We have another upgrade–Custom Design–that was purchased by yet another colleague. I’m assuming she, too, will have to notify WordPress.com to change renewal authority to my colleague svbc8877. Once you confirm the procedure, I’ll ask her to do this. I look forward to hearing from a Happiness Engineer… Thanks.
