Changing ‘Read More’ to something else

  Hey! When I go to Customizing –> Widgets –> Home Top –> More Text, and then change the text from ‘Read More’ to ‘More on…’ the changes aren’t happening on the site.   wp.nyu.edu is a WordPress.org site hosted by Amazon rather than WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org
