Changing Read Only Pages and Bold TxT

    I am a novice and have 2 problems, I changed my Theme on my blog to Blogatize Blue 1.0 and some of my posts all the txt is in bold and I cannot change it even by deleting the txt into note pad then re publishing and I know I do not have any bold formatting in place where this text is. My 2nd problem is on another blog I don’t understand the codex to turn a script from read only to save so I can edit it with my own details. The About us section on the bottom right corner is pre loaded with someone elses details I guess just to show what it can look like. Can anyone help me with these 2 problems please?
