changing roles

  I need to change current authors to viewers for a private course blog. Viewer isn’t listed as an option in the change user roles scroll down menu.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. I don’t think it’s possible to change an existing user to a Viewer. What you’ll need to do is remove them as authors, and then issue them a new invitation as viewers.
