changing settings from private to public

  I want to launch my website, changing from private to public–and I went to the account settings and updated that change–but that doesn’t seem to be sufficient. People are telling me the website won’t come up–what else do I need to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  louisraths.wordpress.com is currently marked as public, which means it is visible to anyone who visits the site:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

  If those people are still unable to load the site, please ask them to try clearing their browser cache with these steps:
