  I have been trying to change my website for over an hour and I cannot figure out how. Please help. I want to go from carolynmwalker.wordpress.com to carolyncross.wordpress.com. If that is taken than carolyncrossbooks.wordpress.com

  PLEASE HELP. I cannot make the change and I need to. My author name has changed.

  Hi there,

  The address, carolyncross.wordpress.com, is reserved. That means only the account with the username, carolyncross, has the ability to use that address.

  carolyncrossbooks.wordpress.com appears to be available, though. You should be able to change to that address using the steps Shwetha linked to above.
