  I want to change my blog address back to an old one.

  Be aware that your old blog address might not be available anymore if you deleted your site.

  I am afraid that is not possible. Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address.

  You can try a different address or get a custom domain.
