Changing site address

  I have a number of WP sites I have been using to practice on for the moment.
  I entered my own choice of site address for each one. I then wanted to use the same address name (https://5starexperiences.wordpress.com/) on the most recent site as I already used on the previous one.
  As I was not allowed to do so, I thought it was because I was already using it on another site (makes sense), so I deleted the previous site name in order to now use it on my most recent site, however I am told it is in use. I waited a further 24 hours in case it was a time issue. No joy.
  I checked if the address was still in use as WP states it is: a WP page shows up saying the authors have deleted this page https://5starexperiences.wordpress.com/
  Any help would be appreciated

  Hi there, when you delete a site, that site name will be unavailable when it is permanently deleted at 30 days after you delete it. We can however, during that 30 day period, reverse that deletion. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted and the name cannot be reused.
