changing site address

  If I change my site address I understand the original name will be lost, but will I lose all my posts or will they transfer to the new name?

  Hi @twowoksue, yup, your posts will go to the new site. If you want to keep the old address in your pocket, just in case, contact us after the name change so we can restore the URL as a blank site. You can also then use that address to add a redirect to the new one if you’ve got a lot of SEO.

  Note we _cannot_ do that with usernames, though, so be sure to keep your current username if you like it.
