Is it convenient for you to post the URL of your site? It seems you’re on a self-hosted site.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.

Is thehitsexclussive.xyz the site you’re referring to? That site is loading fine on my end. If you’re having any issues with that site you’ll need to reach out to your hosting provider or post in the WordPress.org support forums:

If you want to use the domain thehitsexclussive.xyz on your WordPress.com hosted site (thehit1.wordpress.com), then you can do so by transferring it or connecting it. You can read more here:
