Changing Site Address and Content Loss

  When you change your site address, do you also lose all your content from the old previous site address?

  Hi there,

  You will not lose your contents simply by changing your site address, however, links to your old address, including search engine results, will be broken unless you purchase a Site Redirect upgrade . You can read more about changing site address here
