Changing site address, and subscribers

  Hi, I am considering changing the blog address for my site marvinasides.wordpress.com . If I do this, will my subscribers still receive updates? Will links for the original address redirect to the new address?

  Hello @rochecomputer,
  When you change your blog address you wont loose your subscribers, and they will still receive updates. You can ensure that your subscribers are aware about this change by posting a blog stating the change.

  When you change your blog address,

  link to your old address, including search engine results, will be broken unless you add a Site Redirect upgrade.
