changing site administrator

    Hi Forum,
    I have a site through WordPress.com – the site administrator who set it up and maintained things disappeared – we now think he may have passed – I need to get access to everything, make changes etc – how do I do this? I have a new site manager ready to go but without passwords etc, he can’t start work. Btw, I raised this in a previous post and got this: (darnelldibbles wrote) I checked your site and it appears you’re in the wrong forum. Your site is using the open source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

    This particular forum can only help with sites that are actually hosted here on WordPress.com servers. Your site isn’t hosted here so you’ll need to approach your host directly or the .org forum.
