Changing site from business to personal

  I would like to set my site privacy as ‘private’ and have readers sign in to access the site. I think I must have initially set it us as a business plan though, as my only privacy settings are ‘public’ or ‘hidden.’ The third option, ‘private’ is not listed in my settings. How do I switch my account from business to personal?

  How do I switch my account from business to personal?

  Can you confirm which site you are talking about? The site attached to this account is hosted at BlueHost not here at WordPress.com. If it is using the WordPress.org software it may need a plugin to make the site private.

  How do I switch my account from business to personal?

  Following on from @themagicrobot’s reply — there are no Business plan upgrades listed on the account you are currently logged in to. If you do as they suggested and send a link to the site you need help with, I’ll take a look.
