Changing Site from Private to Public

  HI I want to change my site from Private to Public. Every time I change this setting wordpress says that it has been updated, however whenever I check it’s still private. Please could someone help me? Thanks Zoe

  Hi there,

  Is the site you’re having trouble with zedbyzoeblog.wordpress.com? I can see that site just fine. Try clearing out your browser’s cache and cookies as outline here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

  Hi thank you for replying. I’m glad it’s showing up ok now. I’m pulling it through to the journal section on my website zedbyzoe.com which isn’t working. I spoke to godaddy and they said the problem was with word press. I’ll have to speak to go daddy again. Such a pain. Thanks again I appreciate your help :-)

  Hi,

  I can easily load zedbyzoe.co.uk from my browser. So it is already in public mode. You should try ctrl+f5 from your browser to get it working from your side.
