Changing Site Name

Hi,
I changed my site name in settings, but even though it saved, it won’t change my actual blog name in ‘manage my blogs’ to the new name. Also, when looking it up on google search, the old site name remains. I have cleared cookies and cache, and used different browsers. I cannot install plug-ins as it is a wordpress hosted site. What can I do?

Changing the title of your blog does not change its address.

No, I don’t want to change the address. I’m fine with that.
I’m speaking about the site title which appears in the title of a web browser or in the header of most themes. I named my blog “Paperweight” and wanted to change the name of it. I did so through Settings, but I hasn’t actually changed it.
I hope this makes sense!

For example, if I typed my name into google, it would come up with my old blog name of “Paperweight”, insteatead of the new one I have created. Is there any way to change this?
