Changing site name (and domain name?) (or domain name?)

I’d like to change this. Unfortunately, I don’t seem to even know a site from a domain.
I don’t want the word knitting to appear in either line. Do I necessarily have to start something new, or can I change what I have? Sorry to ask, but what is the most frugal way to do this? Hopefully, I will be so successful that I won’t care what I spend on my self publishing one day. But for now, it is a significant concern.
