Changing site ownership

  When I started a subscription newsletter site for a nonprofit, it attached it to an identity and site I had 5 years or more ago. Now I need to transfer the subscription site to a new moderator and not be involved any more (for health reasons). How can I either (a) delete the original site I had that it’s somehow attached to, (b) change the entire ownership of the nonprofit site to the nonprofit rather than to me, or (c) transfer the subscribers and posts on the site to a new site the new moderator sets up?
