Changing Site Title from White to Black

  Hi.

  I would like to change my site title that says “Live the Good Life. Fulfil the Quest.” from white to black, and I read that I needed to use CSS to do it. I can’t code, but I copied and pasted this text from an online forum hoping it would help,

  but nothing happened.

  Hope you are doing good.
  I read some of your articles are really very interesting,best was that Rejected one :)

  To solve your problem,as per my understanding you want to change the title of your site..there is very easy way to do it without coding .Plz follow the below steps

  1.)Go to the Visit Site
  2.)On that page click the customize option of the site
  3.)Go to the first option that says:-Site identity
  4.)There comes a field Site Title stating your site name which becomes editable in customizer

  Hi there,

  The reason the provided CSS did not work for you is because it is specific to a different individuals website and likely targeting custom elements.

  If you are looking to edit the text of your title, then above information provided by @shini1509 is absolutely correct. However if you are looking to change the color of the title then you will require custom CSS to do so.

  The following will allow to change the color of this header title element to that of your choosing:

  .has-custom-header .site-title, .has-custom-header .site-title a, .has-custom-header .site-title a:visited, .has-custom-header .site-title a:hover, .has-custom-header .site-title a:focus, .has-custom-header .site-title a:active {
      color: black;
  }
