changing site usernames

  Hi, whenever I make a comment and people click on my username they are taken to an old blog of mine. What can I do to make sure people are directed to my new blog? I don’t want to delete my old blog but I don’t want people directed to it anymore. Thanks!

  You will need to go to your account settings here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  On this page, you can change the primary web address that is connected to your username.

  Hi, I tried changing it but it still goes to my old blog. How long does it usually take for the changes to take effect?

  This will only affect new comments.

  The only way to change old comments is to ask the site’s owner to edit your comment.
