changing status

  I added a new user: temptatul (just temporary to help manage blog)
  I would like to change the user’s status: @czeslawbrudekoppl from admin to editor. After clicking [Save Changes] I get information: “There was an error updating @czeslawbrudekoppl”
  What to do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That looks strange. I tried the same on my WordPress.com site now and I was successfully able to update a WordPress.com user from admin to editor.

  It’s suggested that you try clearing cache and cookies of your web browser, try a different web browser or force a refresh, and see if that helps. You can learn more about browser issues here.

  I tried today with another browser, on another computer, the problem remains unchanged. Anyone?

  Please post this specific info:
  (a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
  (b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/

  @temptatul , user @czeslawbrudekoppl is the creator and owner of the blog. Do you want to log in as @czeslawbrudekoppl and transfer ownership first?
