Changing subdomain name in .wordpress.com

  I have a subdomain over wordpress.com, then, I want to change their name, but I create the new subdomain by error, then erase them.
  Now, I want to change the name of original subdomain, to the name than I created and delete, and the system don’t let me.
  My username is Vaneraw. This situation occurs on May, the 3rd in a few minits…
  I need the erase subdomain.
