Changing Subscribers to New Blog

  WordPress provides the following advice for moving subscribers to new blog that I created on wordpress ( i just needed to change address name of blog) however when I click contact us it takes me to this page which is for public forum. Can anyone help?

  Just to confirm you want your followers from http://suenolife.wordpress.com/ moved to http://youngbeautifuldivorced.wordpress.com/.
