Changing "tab" name at top

  How do I change the name on the blog tab at the top of the page?

  We would like to change the word “blog” to “reflection” at the top tab (the main tab for the blog, right next to the tabs for the other page we created to also be connected to this blog)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You can change that by using a custom menu and changing the name to anything you like. Note that after that, pages won’t show in the tabs until you add them to the menu.
