Changing Tag Line Colour

  I am trying to change my tagline colour. I am currently going into custom design, clicking CSS, deleting the initial message they have and then typing in:
  #masthead description {color: #CC0000;}

  It isn’t working though. Any advice?

  Great start!

  In the theme you are using, Oxygen, the class for the tagline is “site-description”, and you also need to have a “.” in front of it to designate it as a class in a CSS selector.

  If you switch “description” to “.site-description” in your example, it should work.

  I like the blog. You should update the http://dapperedman.com/about/ page!
