Changing Template Tagline

  I just started a blog using a template and can’t figure out how to change the tagline. Past responses to problems on this topic referred the Settings menu in the Dashboard. I can’t find a Setting menu anywhere. Can anyone help?

  Steve; the ‘Settings’ drop down menu is at the bottom of the left column in your dashboard. To change the tagline, click on settings (to see the links) and then click on ‘general.’ Your tag-line goes in the second field. Hope this helps.
